You are cordially invited for the Third Convocation of Shobhit University, on September 25, 2011, for awarding your well earned degree. The Convocation is for the students those who are qualified for the award of Degree on or before 20-09-2011. |
For attending the Convocation, you are requested to register on-line (click here to Register Now), submit Convocation Application Form and attend the Rehearsal. The last date for Registration is on September 23, 2011 (till 5:00 pm).
We also cordially invite your parents and / spouse to attend the Convocation. . |

The Schedule of the Events on 25 September 2011 is as under:
Rehearsal : 10:00 am
Convocation : 2.30 pm
Formal Tea : 5:30 pm onwards
The Venue of the convocation is Shobhit University Campus.

Please Note:
- The invitation for the convocation is being sent through website and newspapers and no personal invitations will be sent.
- The degree recipients should carry a Photo Identity Proof (University Student ID Card, Voter ID card, PAN card, Driving License or employee ID card) with them as a proof of their identity.
- The degree recipients must sign the receipt form immediately after collecting their degrees.
